1940 enlisted at the Kure Naval Barracks → 1941.5 volunteered as a pilot, Tsuchiura Naval Air Group → July graduated from the 4th Hei-class Yokaren (preparatory flight training) course → pilot training at Kasumigaura and Oita → July completed the 21st flight training (the Flight Training Course (Hiren)) course → 1942.12 assigned to the carrier Jun'yo → summer 1943 transferred to the 204th Naval Air Group (moved up to Buin) → 1944.3 returned to Japan (19 aircraft shot down in nine months of heavy fighting in the Southeast Area, of which 9 were shared or unconfirmed) → home-based duty until the end of the war → from 1944.11 the fighter unit of the 721st Naval Air Group (the Jinrai unit), flying close escort for the Jinrai special attack unit

Belonged to the escort fighter unit for the Ohka kamikaze rocket-bomb unit (the Jinrai Force)
