War record
Part of the 124th Division, formed at Acheng in Manchuria→the Soviet invasion came in August 1945 while it was moving to concentrate at Mudanjiang→was surrounded and fought hard at the 小豆山 position; about 600 men were annihilated (gyokusai)
The record states that, while moving to concentrate, the regiment was surrounded by Soviet forces and met its end at the 小豆山 position.
